DailyDisciples.uk is an online tool designed to help churches and ministry leaders generate devotionals and discipleship resources based on sermon content. Users can upload or input sermon materials, and the platform will generate devotionals, small group questions, and social media content.

2. Eligibility and Use

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are using the Service for ministry or church purposes.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purposes.

3. User Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are processed via Paddle.com. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Subscriptions renew monthly or annually depending on your selection.
• You may cancel or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for unused time. Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policy.
• Payments must be made through our website. We do not accept direct payment links or process card information ourselves.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees charged by your payment provider.

If we are found liable, our maximum liability is limited to the greater of £30 or the total amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
